Methadone & Buprenorphine

Welcome to Johnston Recovery Services! We’re a clinic in Clayton, North Carolina that offers Medication Assisted Treatment to help people with Opioid Use Disorder.


WEEKLY TREATMENT FEES

​Methadone: $80

 Buprenorphine: $120


INTAKE INFORMATION

Non-Refundable Administrative Intake Fee: $50

TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS at 5:30 am

MONDAYS only for Buprenorphine at 7:30 am

Please call ahead for screening and appointments.

    • Promptly arrive at the clinic at 5:30 am Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 
    • 7:30 am on Monday (BUPRENORPHINE ONLY) after you have called to complete a screening. 
    • Bring your photo ID and payment method.  To screen for Grant, must bring income verification.
    • Be ready to provide a supervised urine drug screen on site to get your intake started.
    • Fill out the forms linked below to the best of your abilities. 

You must be 18 years old and using opiates (Pain Pills/Heroin) for more than 1 year to qualify for treatment! Johnston Recovery is a Benzo Free Clinic
